         Welcome to city of Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province. Cases of A(H1N1) flu have been discovered in a lot of countries, including mainland China, where most of the cases were imported. Nevertheless all the patients in the country have been treated timely and effectively, some of whom have already recovered and discharged by the hospital. The A(H1N1) flu can be prevented, controlled and cured, but your understanding and cooperation are needed to make preventative and controlling measures effective.

         Symptoms of influenza A(H1N1) are as follows: fever (high than 37.5℃), runny nose, snuffle, sore throat, cough, headache, muscle pain, fatigue, vomiting and /or diarrhea.

            Please follow the personal precautions listed below against the A(H1N1) influenza, for the health of yourself and others.

            1.    Within 7 days after you enter China, stay at home for 7 days’ medical observation. Measure your temperature everyday, and avoid crowding or mass gatherings.

           2.  Avoid close contact with people with symptoms of fever or cough.

           3. Please keep travel-related information, including the receipt of the transportation tools you take and the hotels you check in. Once a case is confirmed, this kind of information can help you know whether you have had close contact with the patient.

            4.   Keep good hygiene habits. Wash your hands often and thoroughly with soap and water. Ensure sufficient sleep, balanced nutrition and moderate exercise.

            5.   Pay attention to the personal hygiene of family members and surroundings.
